The full amount of inventory needs to be in a Fulfillment Center before the deal is scheduled to run. They also allow you to specify a quantity above the minimum that you want to make eligible for the Lightning Deal Offer. Inventory – Amazon requires a minimum amount of inventory committed to each Lightning deal. This 20% must be met when the deal is scheduled to run or Amazon will cancel your deal.
